Booking: Schedule your appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time at our Phoenix nail salon. Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation text or email 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm promptly to avoid cancellation.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling or adjustments to your service to ensure timely appointments for other clients.
Cancellations: Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Payments
